I have a Bachelors Degree of Graphic Communcations from Baker College, MI ('09), with a Web Design Minor. My professional interest in art goes as far back as elementary school, where I toyed with everything from water colours to pottery, with drawing practices that ranged everywhere from anime to photo-realism. My interest in the field was broad, where I was always looking to try out a bit of everything, at least once. This interest then naturally carried me on towards graphics and web design at the age of 12, where I first began to teach html to myself, most often with nothing more than notepad and internet explorer, in my spare time. Through high school, I then joined several media (graphics, photography, and film) classes to have a better hand at understanding the many different techniques, processes, and softwares that were used in the field. At college, I refined my skills further in graphics, and enhanced my knowledge in both webscripting and marketing. All of these past experiences in the various arts and programs have proven to become invaluable tools in bringing versatility to my skills over the years, and in shaping them to what I have today. Even with my degree at hand, I hope to carry on learning, to further improve myself, as I continue to work in the field that I've grown to love, as I always have.

As you may have noticed already, this logo is for myself, my website, and a stamp for everything I create. The design incorporates the first letter of my name, while also reflecting the dot as my eye, my ideas, and the visions I carry in the projects I work on. The icon also reflects as me as a person, as if arcing a hand over myself, in order to go above and beyond, to achieve the best that I can, while also setting the bar for that standard as high as possible. |

DESIGN SOFTWARE
Highly experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Flash, and Dreamweaver. Also experienced on both MAC and PC platforms.
PRINT DESIGN
Experienced in Adobe InDesign and QuarkXpress. Also proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
WEB DEVELOPMENT & SCRIPTING
Educational and professional experience in HTML, CSS, and some XHTML, Javascript, and CGI/Perl. Also experienced in web applications and services such as Word Press (SQL Databases), Paypal, FTP, SSH, Notepad++, Putty, etc.
OTHER ASSETS
Experienced in day-to-day office management duties (call transfers, registration, data-input, cash handling, etc). Knowledge on home/small office wireless network setup and installation. Familiarity and experience with design media tools such as Wacom tablets, scanners, digital cameras, printers, etc.
